I haven't heard too many testimonials of maca for sperm health...
Vit E and Manix taken for 3 months minimum will help...this in addition to lifestyle changes. If you drink or smoke, it's time to stop. Eat healthy, drink lots of water and exercise. Any good pharmacy will have Manix & vit E

Sperm count is low too( minimum should be 20million/ml)

Do you smoke? Drink alcohol? If yes, stop or minimize it.

Try taking more fruits especially cucumber and vegetable
Minimize stress
Work with a Fertility Specialist

Good morning mummies. I gave birth to a BBB (first baby) in August last year and my gynae discovered myoma (fibroid) in my tummy growing alongside my baby. After delivery, I went for pelvic scan and it showed that it was 3 by 2cm.
