For an example, Zulus are the largest by numbers. But in politics, we're more dominant etc. If you're talking music, then we tend to go neck for neck. They dominate the taxi industry. I'd say because we're the two largest groups, we tend to show up more so to speak. Zulus can be aggressive & dominating in nature, so we tend to clash. Xhosa people don't take shit from anyone, even they know that. During Mfecane, when Shaka was chasing other ethnic groups around all over South Africa & beyond, not once did he step up on Xhosa territory. Xhosa people are not the type to let ANYONE bossy them around. We will defend ourselves whatever it takes. A Zulu man can control other women, but with a Xhosa woman, even their men know we're not child's play. They're forever lamenting about how horrible we are etc.

In Kenya, economically it's definitely the Kikuyu.

In sports, the Kalenjin win over 70% of marathons not just in Kenya but in the world! In football and rugby - it's the Luos and Luhyas.

Academically, I haven't seen a community that really dominates. All Kenyans are hungry for education though Luos boast of having the largest number of professors.

Kikuyu women normally boast of being dominant over men thought most non-Kikuyus will say they can only dominate their own men because if they tried that crap elsewhere they'll be taught a lesson.

BSC in Geography with interest in hydrology and climatology.I'm already at KARI Mtwapa in attachment as a junior lab technician at their weather station.It's interesting to note that I've done some short stints at KARI's land science department, community outreach department and sales office,this is when they learned that I had done units dealing with geographical surveying,geo-economics,population geography and geography of rural development in my transcript!

Yeah, it is a big issue currently. There is a lot of construction going on though so Civil Engineering is quite marketable though. Still, Engineers argue this should be the best time for Engineers on the continent but it isn't because generally, the Chinese are chewing the juiciest joints of the meat.

I can only guess and I don't think external body is just for cladding. During construction, load bearing elements must be first arranged so it wouldn't deal with structural problems. As we see here, the central part is taken as an essential part for structural stability. There is no way this amount of space (huge) is all for aesthetics. There are some certain rules to obey when constructing building like this and and it won't be economic if constructed this way. The ones you called 'cladding' part is probably provided with useful spaces inside (interior).



This is all I can say as an architect. . .I beleive structural and civil engineers have specialized more on the structure issue.

You're very right. Like in this central part was constructed first because it consists of the lifts and atrium which are encased in those hexagonal shearwalls (which are also vital in resisting wind load). The rest of the building is normal reinforced columns supporting slabs so no - it's not just for cladding. It's good to find actual professionals here unlike quacks like kazikazi.
