Every Country has its share of bad schools but countries like South Africa have some world class schools and their average schools are good too. Namibia, Kenya, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Uganda and Ghana follow South Africa exactly in that order in terms of good schools. What is wrong with Nigeria?
