Politics › Re: 11 Investors Indicate Interest In Ajaokuta by Nanosecond: 6:37am On Jan 17, 2019 |
pimppimp: I think the greatest mistake shagari made, was to build ajaokuta steel plant in 1979, which was in 90% stage completion, previous government of this nation have just been ridiculously unserious, yet they claim manufacturing sector is stable, may I remind them that the GDP, of any nation is directly proportional to the quantity of steel produced and consumed. To re-awaken the steel sector is not rocket science, stop the politics, make use of technocrats, stop unfair tapping of the mineral resources by foreign nations, let's use the wealth of the nation to develop our self, yes the resources are there, we got bright mind to manage the plant we have the right technology if we decide to get serious...God bless Nigeria

Herlertah: I am sorry, not to sound insulting, but I have been going through many posts today and seen you comment on them with these pictures
if I may ask, what is the meaning of this, does it make sense going from posts to posts dropping pictures of other planets and related pics even when it's not needed?
If you are a kid just coming on Nairaland, then observe how things are done here and stop acting like a wise fool DID YOU SEE THESE PICTURES YESTERDAY? THE PICTURES WON'T MAKE SENSE TO YOU BECAUSE YOU LACK SENSE. IF YOU DON'T WANT TO SEE OTHERS PIC/COMMENTS THEN YOU FVCK OFF NAIRALAND. I MUST NOT POST WHAT YOU WANT.

[s] aliyunesta: We just had a an incredible weekend with the Holy Spirit… yes, I know He’s already in us, around us and on us at all times…but there are moments and times when He’s more palpable and people are healed, relationships are restored and good things happen…I’m still shaking sensing His presence now. I’d better go soak. Before I do, I wanted to share this post I prepared last week, about the Holy Spirit. In her book, Spiritual Revolution Patricia King shows really good Biblical research on the function of the Holy Spirit. This list of the 70 Functions of the Holy Spirit come from her research. [/s]

Politics › Re: Southern Kaduna Assures Buhari Of Over 90% Votes by Nanosecond: 11:58am On Jan 16, 2019 |
[s] ManirBK: Mr Yusuf Bala, the Deputy Governor of Kaduna State, says the Southern Kaduna Senatorial District will give President Muhammadu Buhari over 90 per cent of their votes in the forthcoming presidential election. Bala disclosed this after a delegation of All Progressives Congress (APC) had a closed door meeting with Vice President Yemi Osinbajo at the Presidential Villa, Abuja on Tuesday. ADVERTISEMENT He said that the delegation felicitated with the Federal Government and acknowledged the work it had done for the nation in the last three and a half years. “Particularly as it affects the poor people who are 80 per cent voter-based and to assure the vice president that because of the much work that has been done; the next election is as good as delivered. ADVERTISEMENT “We are here to say that by over 90 per cent, we will deliver the president and vice president in the next election as well as the governor and his deputy among others including myself the senatorial candidate for the zone.’’ The deputy governor said that Osinbajo had warmed himself into the hearts of many Nigerians through various grassroots programmes he championed. The Southern Kaduna APC Senatorial candidate added that part of the reason for the visit was also to invite the vice president to the zone.https://www.dailytrust.com.ng/southern-kaduna-assures-buhari-of-over-90-votes.html? unmask: It is funny that someone takes movie critics as tribal... The same new York times the op is hailing has probably criticised movies the op thought was excellent. Besides articles are usually the perspective of an individual and not the view of the organisation (New York times)
That being said I watched the movie and I rated it a 5/10....which to me is a fair reflection of what I watched.....You can't bully anybody to call a spade a club..... If you enjoyed the movie good...if you didn't also good When all the critics are coming from one Ethnic group then it becomes tribal

PythonAmaka: The movie is mostly being reviewed by her own people who share innate amount of hate towards each other. Neflix buys contents, it does make no much difference from other works from Africa, even at that, her work hasn't yet been rated a top 5 among other classics in Nigeria, much less. No tribe could be jealous of Igbo works since they are just a replica of many other successful works which other tribes have achieved before theirs.
python amaka All your comments are filled with HATE towards Igbo people. You Yoruba should stop hating Igbo for nothing, Hate is not good for your health
