Hello house, I am new here and would like to ask some questions.

I want to apply to saskachewan polythenic for nursing, application is closing soon. Please what process will I follow? Someone told me I will pay $1000 dollar as part payment for tuition fees, is it true?
If you have any advise for any other part of the country I can apply to, I won't mind.
I just want travel with my husband and two kids though I still want to study nursing.
I will appreciate full details.
