Education / Re: Lagos Explosion: Bethlehem Girls College In Ruins, Students Being Rescued by Nas05: 4:34pm On Mar 15, 2020
So unfortunate. What is wrong with us? Who will consciously call for death upon himself like we Nigerians do? Hmmm
Business / Re: Konga Or Jumia: Which Is More Reliable? by Nas05: 4:43pm On Dec 09, 2013
Konga is great. I ordered for a Tecno N9 Phantom Pad on 4th Dec and I got it today, 9th Dec. in Kaduna. I haven't tried Jumia though. But I believe they are doing a marvelous job too.

Hi skintite. As you know we Gunners don't like making too much noise but when someone is trying to throw some self-made facts at us, we dig into our rich archive of triumph and overwhelm them. I say "To your tents O arsenal haters" we can't be conquered. Not now, not ever.
Keep moving my cool bros.
Those blue boys should not even start by mentioning Mourinho or we start a new chapter. We have ready made bullets to bring them down. Thats why they call us "THE GUNNERS" grin grin grin grin grin grin grin grin

Thanks skintite. A healthy discussion should not be turned into a forum for sarcasm. I may say Wnger is the best but I have a lot of respect for all coaches and managers. The stress that goes with the job is enormous. Remember Houlier had a heart attack on the field. Lets not take anything away from all coaches. Being the best doesn't translate to winning all matches though Arsenal did it emphatically sometime ago. The flair and beauty of a game, interpretation of matches and proper motivation of players; on the bench, on the field or not listed for a match goes a long way to tell who is who. Even when you lose, what is your comportment? How do you dust yourself and move on? Wenger has it all.

cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy grin grin
Kola: No one is trying to stretch your neck to make an obvious choice. Just accept it Wenger is the best. Did you watch yesterdays Champions league match between Arsenal and Villareal? Did you see the theatrics on the part of the visitors? I will give each one of them an Oscar for simulation. Wenger read their dossier and prepared well for them. If not for the shortsighted assitant referee things would have been different. They haven't seen anything yet. Ask Real Madrid and Juventus.

But I thought we were talking bout the the greatest coach in the Premiership? Benitez just came in yesterday. All the others mentioned are very very good but in other leagues. Lets not lose focus o.
Dating And Meet-up Zone / Re: Lagosdate.com, Dating Site For Nigerians by Nas05: 7:18pm On Apr 19, 2006
Hey larger 20 thanks a lot. Just tried logging on to the site and didn't like what I saw.
Please to the site owners please make it a uniquely Nigerian product to suit our peculiarities and tastes. Believe me when I say that Nigerians are a head above others when it comes to taste and individualism. Let it show please. I will keep in touch to see the changes are effected.
The first page says a lot. Good concept though.

Thats a lovely idea. I wish you the best. Personally I've tried going through some of these dating sites but end up getting frustrated cause the match making is so poor. I will follow you guys closely.

You are my main man Nightrider. Many people think that what they read in the papers i.e. the transfer fees quoted goes to the player. That is wrong. The club is paid for the services of the player then they now seat and negotiate on salaries and don't forget that the agent also gets his own chunk, then the taxes.
It is only Wenger that will buy CKDP (consciously kept dead players) and turn them into CHASSIS that others will covet after.
Gunners for life. Have you seen the new emirate stadium? When Wenger was saving cost and going for CKDP, he was called a miser. He had vision. Look at what is happening now.

You said "Fergies boot on Beckham's head. That shows a lack of respect on tha part of the coach. As for Bergkamp even I will not support a contract renewal as it will be taking it too far.
A testimonial match has been planned for Bergkamp on the day of the opening of the Brand New Stadium between Arsenal old stars and Ajax old stars. You are invited to watch and see how players are respected even to the last day. ARSENAL 4 LIFE.
Did you see the sea of orange at the stadium for Bergkamp the other day? 10 years of dazzling the fans. What more can you ask for?
Am sure Fergie will not mind applauding Wenger for that.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) / Re: Who Is The Best Premiership Coach ? by Nas05: 6:26pm On Apr 18, 2006
I still maintain that Wenger is the best. Look at the "Use and dump" of Fergie. That does not potray him as a good coach. Look at the way Wenger respected and still continued using Bergkamp. That is respect for talent. What happened at Man U? Fergie dumped Beckham and Keane like a wet rag. cry No right thinking coach will ever do that. Look at what is happening to Nistelrooy. The writing is on the wall. A good coach never wastes or disrespects his players. grin grin grin
Sports / Nfa, Stakeholders(?) And Ministry Of Sports. The Writing Is On The Wall. Beware. by Nas05: 3:58pm On Apr 16, 2006
What is wrong with Naija? NFA, Stakeholders (so called) and Ministry of Sports want FIFA to ban Nigeria. cry
It seems their ego trip is going to affect us all. This is the time for all genuine sports lovers to stand up and tell this armchair football analysts and no-do-gooders that we can't take it anymore. The day FIFA bans Nigeria from football is the beginning of an all out war on these fools. This is the only game that unites this country. They can't take away from us.
The President should remove that minister of 'football' and replace him with one who will not stick his hands in the affairs of only one sport.
I need feelers from you guys.
Cheers.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) / Re: Arsenal Vs A.c Milan In Champions League Final by Nas05: 7:36pm On Apr 15, 2006
Posh you are wonderful. You are a real football fan. Arsenal will use there youthfulness to deal with Villareal then go on to meet AC Milan in the finals. I forsee a good game really. But dont underate Barcelona ooo. They are too good to be ignored.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) / Re: Who Is The Best Premiership Coach ? by Nas05: 7:31pm On Apr 15, 2006
I think the best coach without doubt is the professor himself and that is Arsene Wenger. The coach is simply a magician. He picks boys and turns them into men. He reads the game and turns everything in favour of The Gunners. I simply love that guy. Watch out for Arsenal if the finals of the Champions League.
