hello all. this phone has dealt with me. please I need help on how to connect my s6 to my laptop. I have downloaded all the Samsung usb drivers for windows I could find online, downloaded samsung KIES, plus smart switch and installed all on my computer. however my laptop still can't recognize the phone. please I need assistance. it's a windows 8.1 hp laptop

why not update your driver,can it see other phones?

you will have to get the stock rom and flash it via odin...Google for more details

my laptop doesn't detect my infinix hot 4 when I connect it with USB.. but it detects when I put it on (ptp) picture mode or midi mode.. but when I change it to transfer file mode.. it doesn't detect again.. meanwhile it also detects other phone..
