That's really change, foreign investors are now seeing Nigeria a favourable environment to invest due to the recent fight against corruption by my sai buhari. Even wal-mart has plans to come to Nigeria for the first to open there malls.

50 million capacity to 2.5 million is too low but you don't expect the refinery to start working to full capacity it takes time and other factors such as the vandalised pipelines should be repaired before the refinery starta getting crude instead of using tankers that cost money.
