Well, this post is truly great. I mean, let's be objective and analyze all the points, one by one. The author has pointed out an insane number of real factors. I'm truly stunned by people who still consider that upgrades still increase the price. First of all, it depends on the upgrades that you're making. That's why you have to analyze all the factors, pros, and cons before actually deciding to do anything. If someone doubts investing in real estate, I recommend you to read an article from suredividend.com as that will help you understand what and how to do it. |
But you don't say anything about the choice of furniture. For example, what`s the best countertop to choose for the kitchen? Reviews on this subject - different, as well as the idea of the ideal material for the kitchen work area. Worktop of plastic or veneered / laminated mdf, in my interior kitchen – didn`t plan. Considered two options for the material - solid wood or artificial stone. I chose Quartz Worktops Leeds cause it`s the most durable and high quality material. In three years there were no cracks or other damages. I advise you to choose the color of the stone carefully. It`s better to take a light color with medium or large fractions. |
Well, 130k for this kind of work is not that much actually. I still remember back when I moved into this new house, I had to call for the services of some plumbers as there was a terrible problem with 2 pipes and on of them actually led to our backyard, and there was a big puddle in the middle of the yard. It took me a while until I found the best plumbing services in Singapore, however I am still very thankful to those guys as they have done everything really nice, and those pipes are still working perfectly. |
