And the one with crayfish and dried fish; does one cook it like pap too? What is the shelf life span?

Yes they can all be made as pudding or swallow. It is cooked like pap but has more fiber and more nourishing as it is a multi grain cereal. finger millet is a special millet known in the north as Tamba. It is highly nutritious. Much tiny than normal millet. Self life is 6months when put in an airtight container and up to a year in freezer.

We have 3 variants, one contains groundnut, soyabeans, yellow maize, millet, guineacorn and finger millet.
The second has yellow maize, millet, guineacorn, dryfish and crayfish.
While this variant I made contains Acha(fonio), finger millet and guineacorn.
