Welcome back and it is a good thing to have this kind of topic to be discussed. The problems we Africans have is we argue too much rather than proffer solutions to our problems. If we happen to constitute a parliament and we have this topic crop up to find solutions to it and we arguing , I promise everyone we will never go anywhere.
