The major obstacle I see in Africa is this ogre called 'tribe'. A lot of energy is spent fighting tribal wars than uniting a country and developing.
You tell me how Africa will ever achieve unity with this kind of mentality where tribes feel superior than others.
Our fights center around the minority vs the majority.We are doing a very good job dividing ourselves without outside influence.
