My advice is- this wil go well as a class action i.e joining principal members of ur family or community as d case may be as parties in any suit because in such an action, preliminary objections wil be raised abt d direct effect of such operation on u alone, so u must get oda affected members of d area/community. Secondly, some firms equip themselves wit Act made by d National Assembly shielding them frm civil actions without pre-action notice, so d implication is that u wil have to file a pre- action notice to d Company informing them abt ur intention to sue, in turn they may invite you all together wit ur lawyer for a pre- action meeting by way of friendly Arbitration for settlement..... Most people when they go to a restaurant dont get to eat their favorite soup, to some, they dont believe anyone else can do it better than they would have done themselves, while to others because of its availability. I personally, my favorite soup is--- white soup with fresh fish but in most cases i dont get to see it to eat often so i always settle for egusi. Now what is that soup you can take at a restaurant when your favorite is not forthcoming? |
