It is the property of the Landlord and as such is his responsibility except it was stated in your tenancy agreement. The only thing you are responsible for is the money for fuel or electricity to pump the water.
Your rent is for you to use those things in his house. It's akin to a leaking roof or a cracked wall or a fence that fell, will you the tenant be the one to fix your leaky roof since you are the one leaving there

You chose to marry off "orphaned girls" and pay for the ceremony because their families cannot afford them. Why not empower the girls first? Is marrying them suppose to be a form of rehabilitation or poverty alleviation? Marrying them off to breed more children who will be thrown to the streets and used as willing tools for election and other vices

Can U imagine this Seriously ehn our legislooters Don see Nigerians finish. Soon they'll legalise corruption. If you steal 1 million or 1 billion meant to fix hospitals, are you not killing those who are supposed to benefit from the upgraded medical facilities? If you steal millions or billions meant to fix the roads and accident kills people on the road, are you not responsible for it?
