I chatted with a human agent, and I was told that for my particular refund, there’s no ARN given the refund method used from their end. I sent them evidence from my bank requesting for the ARN and the date and time of the refund, but I got the same response. They only provided me with a refund proof letter and an email containing the refund reference number and other refund details, but the ARN wasn’t included.

I’ve also been reaching out to Access Bank customer service through calls, and I provided them with the refund reference number. I was still on a call with their customer service earlier today, and the lady I spoke with said she’d personally give me a call or that I’d get feedback from the bank later.

I’m getting impatient already, would it be possible for me to request a chargeback?

Has anyone applied the june code on aliexpress? Most codes I tried keep showing not available in my country. Person say the june code don't work in Africa countries.

Most of my items are shipped through speedaf logistics. Different items from different stores but I checked them out at once. To my surprise all the items were packed together as one. I received my items yesterday without any troubles.
