That's exactly why I bought it, because it's their first waterproof phone, n wats the use of having a waterproof phone that u can't use to take pictures in water, I have so many waterproof gadgets that works well in water, I thought the phone was going to be one of them, dead wrong, 700k in the dust, ever since then I dish xiaomi n back to my Samsung luv, my s 22 ultra have been swimming with me no problem
