It's not even training in the literal form, u'll be working just that it's somebody that will be directing u on wat to do (on the job training) , so once u complete all wat u're expected to do in the three (3) years, u'll then transition to become an independent person e.g trainee engineer to engineer

Something baffles me anyways, the job advert revealed that the program is for three(3) years, on the other hand, it was ostensibly shown that it's a full-time job. I'm bemused, if it's a 3-year program, does that mean the recruited ones would be retrenched after the speculated years?! Or does it mean the staff confirmation would be after 3 years? Could someone explicitly explain this to me?

You would be updated on Monday's population. That should at least assuage your minds that the list is batched.

You can tell us ICPC don't like to cover much people in their compound. Because you are less than 70 in your batch which is the must recommendable set and batch all over the batches of the whole recruitment.

My friend said that the test was by far difficult from the one we wrote as it was not CBT but Paper pencil and it was mostly mathematics and English there was no current affairs and even fill in the blanks was there

So finally the overall GURU was the guy with 13

I thought both test and interview would be finalized tomorrow, is that still applicable? This matter is just getting more confusing day by day.

My question now is, talking about the quota approach, what's the ratio adopted, is it 4 or 5 per state? Then, what's the total number of candidates they are taking?

We are matured minds, as such, we should be rational enough to know who comments are meant for.

I would never fault your enragement, the statement issued against you guys is insultingly disparaging, as such, choosing not to share any update or info as regards the recruitment status is justifiable.

However, why don't you just think of others that are benefitting from your updates? Little do you know the anxiety and fear in our respective minds, your updates serve as source of calmness and optimism for us. The information you have been sharing is classified, you only chose to be agents of optimism for us.

Unless we want to deceive ourselves, we are all scared and anxious because of the job's uniqueness and the competition involved.

For God's sake, please, stop withholding information, kindly update us, may fear and anxiety be erased from your lives.
