They should fix the network issues in rural communities so as not to disenfranchise the voters there. If they're capable of voting, then provisions should be made for network.

Wherever e-transmission doesn't work should be cancelled, just like the manual ones that were not thumb printed rightly get cancelled.

Network failure will affect a small fraction of the votes compared to the total number, just like the case of cancelled manual votes that weren't thumbed right. At the end of the day, those cancelled votes become insignificant.

Government should look for a way to strengthen network on that day. No excuse.
