The viewers also get a chance to tackle these tasks either through social media or from the comfort of their parlours while the housemates are solving them.

But I am sure you didn't know this.

Two weeks ago, a debate on Gender based violence and the benefits of Sports and Development was held in the house and the housemates were given the tasks to read up and come up with facts and statistics for their debates. They argued intelligently on both sides and I am sure EVERY PERSON that watched that debate would learn a thing or two they didn't know about priorly because I know I did.

Even this sport you mentioned was put up for debate and Ozo and Laycon handled it expertly. You see how BBN stimulates healthy conversations and rational discussions too, right? Or you think it's only R18 stuffs that are done there?

as someone who has been through this cold world, i say this with experience. He is not winning because there is anything special about him. Most Nigerians making noise about BBN do not have cable at home or even power supply to follow up BBN. Most rely on news and comments and videos they see online.. Why Laycon got so popular with those votes was because of these reasons
- the way the housemates looked down on him even first time he introduced himself in the house
- the way people were abusing his looks on blogs initially calling him ugly.
