I said it before that the problem is not Mourinho alone.
Coaches have come and gone but the decision makers on the board have been the common denominator during this long winter of discontent.

We need football men on the board and Ed Woodward should have NO SAY in football matters. A Technical Director must be brought on board.

Having said all that, Mourinho must go. Not just because of the present, but for the future of the club. He must not be allowed to contaminate the excellent young talent in the reserves.
