I have been informed from reliable sources that those of us that have not yet been contacted may most likely still be contacted, so we should still be hopeful.

I dont mean to spread panic amongst us. I just want to make us aware as things unfold.

Okay, I know that their FSE unit earn between 150k and 250k. That may get as be, it is better for them to spread the mail so that everything will join together. Nigeria economy as it is now does not need that type of suspense.

Hello house. Sorry to bring this kind of news but someone that applied for Telecoms Engineering in Lagos told me that he has been contacted via telephone. He said some people got emails. He said the offer was less than 160k. I am still confused as to those of us not given any information about whether we are successful or not.

How did the guy know that is less than 160k, have they been given an offer? If you haven't heard from them and you believe some people have gotten a successful mail then give them a call to know your status.

I have done that severally, infact the last mail which I also copied cbn given them mandate of 12th to reverse the money but cbn no reply. You know at times cbn will not respond, they will just be mute. If they should force me to escalate to icpc, I will claim damages on their head. How far with yours?

I don't even know because I don't receive auto response each time I send a reply to their email so I decided to call them to find out if they have not been seeing my mails and the person that I attended to me said they received so much mails from me which means they have been receiving the mail but decided to switch off the auto response on my account to claim otherwise. When I asked why the money has not been reversed, they gave me the DCC bullshit lecture so I told them that I will escalate the issue if they didn't reverse my money on 12th August. Till today no response. I guess they probably thought I was joking but I will show them on Monday that I meant business.

I used five accounts, they have reversed 2 accounts, promised to reverse the 3rd account on 26th so I will be mailing with the fifth account on Monday. They are adamant on one account which happens to be mine, Na ICPC go settle our case now.

Well, D-visa is called a long stay visa. It doesn't exactly say it's for study purpose.

This is where your admission letter should do the trick and if there is any print out about your TRP application then carry that one follow body. This is my thought though.

Please is the visa not for study purpose? I am thinking that if is for study then one way is okay but you can also find out from the travel agency.

Depends on you, they have diferent packages. I stay in a room of 10 but the room is as big as a lawn tennis court, you have your own locker, space, bed, cloth hanger, toilet and bathrooms about 15, free breakfast, gym, garden, etc.
The one without AC but believe me no power outage so fan is serving is 300rupees but the one with AC is 600rupees.
They have other better packages but you must load your pocket. The hotel rule is 4 days in a month but depending on your relationship, rwith the people. But at least you would have ffinished your interview, thete is another hotel close bye. Believe me it is recommendrd for new comers.

Do you mean that one is only allowed to stay for just 4 days in a month at the hotel or what exactly do you mean by that.

It takes 2days but at ilorin you gonna pay an extra 12k or so after online payment....decided to do it at osogbo considering that they got 32pages. Paid 17k online. Just waiting for the interview right nao.

extra 12k? is almost the same thing when is handled by one of their officers.

Actually, I have been having problems organizing to leave as early as August. With my POP being on the 28th of September, it seems I cannot leave till then.

But I had already applied for the Indian visa online, so i just decided to go and process it. But I totally forgot to let them know the period i would want to travel to India.

So, with the information on my acceptance letter, they would likely give me a sooner date than expected (I'm guessing thats how the visa stuff works). And the period they said they would give me to be in India is just one(1) month.

Im asking how I would go about changing the date (IF they did not see the mail i sent and went ahead to give me a date as close as in August).

Madam, please i am still waiting for your answer to my questions
