@Brabus, Thanks for you response. The land is on the Wabash hotel side of sangotedo. Yes, Sangotedo is really coming up and that is why i want to begin to put up a structure as soon as possible. The land is not exactly close to the main road. You would have to drive into the area but it is not deep inside either.

@Am Alone, Spyder and brabus, You guys are doing a great job on this thread and this has been one very helpful thread for prospective home owners.
Meanwhile, i am trying to make a decision on what to build on my land in sangotedo area of lagos. The problem, i am facing here is that i do not know the type of structure to put up there bearing in mind that i am not sure that i would like to live there for a long time and i don't believe in the income that comes from home rentals because i think it is quite little (in sangotedo) compared to the amount of money invested in putting up the structure.

what factors did you guys consider before deciding if you want to build a bungalow dupex or bungalow with a pent house as in brabus case or was it just a case of individual taste and financial strength at the time of embarking on the project?

i wont like a situation whereby i will build a house and dislike it after a short time so i am trying to be sure that i make the right decision while also considering my present financial strenght.

To me i dont see any problem with Mikels game today. he has made some great passes which is his purpose in the game (play maker) But that fat fool alled yakubu is just a lazy cow. we need martins or osaze to replace him
