Salaries of civil servants is actually very very very poor. I happen to fall in that category and honestly its nothing compared to what's been paid to agencies and parastatals. There are no benefits whatsoever only d salary. For entry level is just a little above 49k...not up to 50k... Abeg any one knows how one can get posted from ministry to an agency or parastatal? 1. What you call refineries are just "makeshift boilers" constructed to distill kpofire aka low quality diesel, kerosene and petrol.

2. Crude oil is stolen from compromised pipelines. This is the only motivation for the illegal business. Take away the awoof stock and they will all abandon the hazardous activity.
