2. Crude oil is stolen from compromised pipelines. This is the only motivation for the illegal business. Take away the awoof stock and they will all abandon the hazardous activity.

There is nothing to learn from those crude activities. i guess some are been swayed for less information and misinformation. this guy's steal this crude and they just boil it to obtain diesel that is unpure. their operation seriously pollutes the atmosphere, and their operation is so very unsafe as it causes explosion which kills them most of time. If it was easy to refine crude oil, Dangote wouldn't have spent $20bn to build one. Building of modular refineries won't be expensive.

And anyone with a knowledge of fractional distillation can build a refinery but it doesn't mean the refinery will produce high quality fuel
