Do have Flair for the Appliances Industry? You can apply as part of the financial for major electronic dealers and have access to profit sharing monthly while your Capital is intact and you could have documented agreement signed for an investment period of 12months or 2 year as the case may be.

The risk is very little and your funds works for you.

If you have interest in this you may DM me .

Take a studio apartment on lease. 20 years lease is 2.5m around Unilag. Rent it out at 400k per anuum. Steady income with no stress.

If you take 2 rooms on lease you will be making 800k annually for the next 20years. That is exclusive of the caution fee and agreement you will collect on every new tenant

Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Please Guys Check Out This Interview Invite Is It Real by nero50: 11:00am On Sep 06, 2017
The Agency is real. They recruits mainly for banks and called SOL. They have branches in onitsha,Enugu and PH. Visit any Access, Diamond or firstbank bank branches close to you and ask any of the tellers to tell you more about them and if they have office in owerri or your location to verify.

Hope this helps.

Business / Re: Please What Business Can One Do With N3million by nero50: 8:19am On Aug 06, 2017

Guy. I will help you out with a business idea i personally have but do not have capital to launch it. Anyway, since you have the capital, I will give it to you to bless your life.
NOTE: Since you have N3m, you will work with N1.5m and keep the balance N1.5m as backup.

The idea: A4 Printing and Photocopy Paper Delivery

Am interested....can i have your contact?
The demand for A4 paper is very high. People doing photocopy, offices, business centres, cybercafes, schools, churches, etc. They are a lot. Most times, these businesses will wait for their paper to run out before looking for where to buy.

You buy in bulk directly from importers. The importers bring container loads from China. You buy from them directly to get a very good price. Then you keep in your warehouse, shop or home. Then you employ field workers. Young guys and girls with SSCE. They go out to look for who needs and drop your contact number. When these buyers need A4 paper, you give your field staffs to deliver it. You don't need to go to the field. Your job will be

1. Getting stock at a good price
2. Answering calls when buyers make request
3. Calling buyers to ask if they need. This is very very important. You have to be calling all the contacts your field staffs brought in. Most people won't remember that they need A4 paper until it is finished. When you call, they will check and if they have few pieces left, they will ask you to bring.
4. Managing your staffs
5. Chopping your plenty profit.

I drop my pen. Sorry finger.
