This is a dumb question to me. There is no standard or fixed amount for building. You have to give details first. When you say modern, do you mean with parapet and rough tiles? What type of soil do you have etc. You have to start with the drawing plan. Structural design and cost, aesthetics is another thing etc.
It's wrong for people to just say yes because there is an M attached to the number. Naira has no value again. Some might equally say no because of high quality.

Next try to present the details before you ask questions. Building is quite complicated. Friends can just tell you yes just to encourage you which is not bad. If you start then you know that naira has no value again.
If a close friend tells you 4m please budget 6m. Depending on what you want to build.
Some can spend 8 million and some can even spend less than that 4million.

This is carcass without anything. You should be at over 1million by now but before you complete plumbing and roofing it has surpassed 3million and if you make use of step tiles then 6million won't still do.

It all depend on the LOCATIONS, BUILDING PLAN I.e, rooms en suite, Soil type and foundation, Finishes. If you want a 'mordern' average 5 bedrooms bungalow, 4million isn't even enough for the PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL, TILLING N PAINTING Only

bros check this one out... and I have not spend close to that amount... do u I need an architect when I can draw perfectly... at times we need to do it our own way to cut expenses... if u are a novice I advice u get an engineer... but if u have idea of construction its wont be necessary.. once the house has reach dpc, even the bricklayer will help u out... as I said earlier I'm just talking from experience

I'm not an expert but I also doubt that it can completely build it. when I say completely, I mean with plastering, interior works etc. but it will definitely raise it to a significant level(roofed level), if u already av land.

So 4M can't pull it, pls wht should i be budgeting

yeah. there are special bulbs for solar to help save up energy. if u have 2 batteries u can get 16hrs comfortably, but also depends on how many solar panels u have.

Now, what does this long year of US election tells us about United States citizens,
- They have more racist than we can imagine (Only a racist can support trump)

- They have no respect for Women (Only Trump supporter would understand better)

- They want Change so quick that they don't care about who they want to vote in (Personally, i would prefer corrupt Hillary than "fake Trump")

- They don't want politically correct President,( They want someone that will disgrace them in international conference such as G20 etc, because he has basket mouth, always full of pride and spew sh!t!)

- They want someone who is friend with American enemies not allies, Such as Russia, North Korea...

- They want someone who can lie for whole American continent, (He lie and cover it with lie and another lie, with another lie and lie lie lie)

They want divider, not peacemaker (Another word for problems or trouble should be = Trump )

- American depends on Tax, he don't even pay Tax, that's who they want as President..

- They want someone who is his biggest enemy is they words he say... nothing else...
