@ WATERWORKS, your questions are not wrong, every fact has straight answers.

1. The guy's case was a concluded investigation from another bank which is circulating his pictures among banks, hence in my wide search for what happened to my hard earned 85k, I got this same picture both from a branch of my bank and other banker friends in other banks, I was actually surprised when I traced Walesmann's thread to another thread on Nairaland where his pictures, quite different from mine were posted to hunt him down.

2. The issue of the Zenith bank branch at Isolo where the money was cashed not showing me the pictures was because it is a different bank from the bank I have the account with, hence the policy protocol of wanting to deal with my bank directly and not me. Haaa! if it were same bank ATM machine that was used and they are still not showing me the pictures now, they will soon get the news on the paper!, Though I am getting impatient with the audit department of my bank taking up to 2 weeks to resolve issues with Zenith and get the pictures.

3. I dont really understand what you mean by no threads, no websites pls explain.

4. If you look at the pictures, you will see that they contain information that prove they were released by a bank after investigation.

So please guys, keepyour eyes open in hot search for the thief, lets not wait to be a victim to his mischeif again.

@ SEUN & ALL NIRALANDERS!!! PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT THIS MY POST MAKES A TOPIC AND GETS WELL CIRCULATED ALL OVER NIGERIA!!!, I WOKE UP TODAY VOWING TO START A LOUD CAMPAIGN AGAINST THE LATEST ATM SCAM STRATEGY TO WHICH I RECENTLY FELL A VICTIM.

NOW HEAR MY STORY!!
Two weeks ago, I was ion my office by 6pm, when I started getting text messages of debit alerts from my account with a certain bank I will not mention for now, each of debits of N20,000!! By the time I rushed downstairs to my car to check my ATM card in the lock which I thought had been stolen, I was terribly shocked to find my card in tact inside the wallet!!!
As all this was happenning, more text messages were comming in untill a total of N85,000 had been withdrawn, of course because there was only (90k in the account.
It took me 30 mins to get to the nearest branch somewhere in Lekki, with my ATM card only to verify that someone had used a clonned ATM card at far away Isolo to swipe me of my hard earned money!!!

For 2 weeks now, the bank has been in an endless investigation, (some of whose effort I appreciate anyway) and I went to the Zenith bank used in Isolo and they refused to give me the pictures of the thief on the grounds that it was against their policy to reveal such facts to individuals, that my banks audit team would liase with theirs to get the details,

this is so saaaaaad!!!!! I cant even see who stole my money, whose picture iswith the bank,at least, I can publish that on the paper and track down the criminal.

NOW, ANYWAY, THIS IS A PICTURE OF ANOTHER ATM PROFESSIONAL FRAUDSTER IN CARD CLONNING THAT I WAS PRIVILEGED TO GET FROM A BANK!!!
Guys, recognise this man, spread this picture, track him down, let him die!!
Find attatchment.

NB: Pls anyone that has any useful information on how I can sucessfully get my money back from the bank should please give me a piece of his mind.
Thanks.

How they do it?
1. They can easily steal it through any PDQ machine - all they need is someone who works in the PDQ operations centre in nigeria, they'll configure the PDQ to store ur details including ur PIN, then the worker installs this same PDQ anywhere e.g bars, cinema, eatery etc.
End of the month they go back to the PDQ, remove the data and clone cards using ur details.
These ppl make millions a day in Nigeria a day. (The dogs that chew the bones hung on their necks)

2. You use your ATM card at a machine and someone comeswith a kind of sophisticated card that he slots into the same machine and readsyour card details which he proceeds to use to clone your card nad rip you off.

3. Still speculating and suspecting that the bank staff have their way of getting your details and outsourcing it to the crooks that would clone your card, so it was not a matter of me exposing my pin to anyone, that was why I said earlier that this is the latest ATM scam strategy!!!

But whatever, why would Nigerian banks slack in protecting the clonning of their trusting customers that prefered them to other banks? Why would a bank not take responsibility in repaying their innocent customers whose fault it was not in the fraudlent debiting of their account?

PLEASE GUYS, I AM STILL ASKING FOR A LEAD TO RECOVERING MY 85K AND HOW TO GET SEUN'S ATTENTION TO POPULARISE THIS TOPIC AND GET MORE PEOPLE AWARE OF THIS LATEST SYSTEM AS WELL AS TO SEE THE FACE OF THAT CRIMINAL AND HUNT HIM DOWN.
