If the explanation given by the Air Peace management is anything to go by, then I will say that this matter is being dragged unnecessarily. Come on, a whole flight whose departure time is due can't be delayed just for one person's sake whether emir or not. If you don't come on time then you wait for the next flight or better you charter a private jet as a big man wey you be. Maybe there's something else, like they made an arrangement with Oyeama as a friend, then he failed to inform his operations manager on time and eventually they missed the flight and felt disrespected. In the end all this is very unnecessary. You couldn't board the flight and you took another one to your Kano. If you feel bad about what happened, just stop patronising them. No need to drag issues. But this is Africa, they must flex muscles. When they go abroad they stand in trains. Who remember one pix of a nija governor standing in a train in the UK. Here he will sack and luck up the railway station manager. Africa, we sure say we.want progress? |
justuschi50:If they are only targeting their fellow cultists that one na dem know. The fear is for the innocent people that may lose their lives during these cult wars. |
Can we now say that this is cowardice. You couldn't attack and harm him when he was alive, then you just appear at a burial ceremony and start shooting people anyhow. If they attacked and killed him, well that one na cultists business the general public wouldn't bother but this might have affected innocent people of his community who have no business with cultism. May Almighty God take charge of the security situation in Nigeria. |
Russia Vs the West. Power jamb power. Let's see how it ends. US, Britain and France should be blamed for Putin's actions. When they were invading other countries under flimsy excuses without the United Nations approval, they didn't think that any other country will try it. They set the example in Irak and Lybia. The super powers are the ones that weakened the UN, making it only relevant when dealing with weaker and developing countries. What a democratic and just World! Hopefully at the end of this whole thing, new measures will be put in place to checkmate unilateralism and bullying in world politics. |
