That they love Buhari does not mean that APC isn't ideological. We have seen a whole chunk of their unique ideas - infrastructural revamp, ease of doing business, agricultural re-engineering & diversification, school feeding program to address out-of-school and malnutrition challenges etc.

It is clear that the Sai Buhari shout is an indication of their support for APC not that they think that a Buhari is a candidate in the bye election.

During Buhari's visit to Bauchi, the MC shouted, Nigeria and people responded with Sai Buhari, when he shouted Bauchi, people responded with he who God will give. So, the present Governor of Bauchi is not sure of re-election, though people will still vote Buhari.
