When you separate their funds so they can manage themselves. You will see healthy competition. This was what we had in the 60s before the Biafra war

But trust me they honestly don't think thesame way. So for the sake of progress and positive competition, separate their resources so they will manage it themselves. Don't try to force them together. When you do. You won't get result.

This is not implying that the North easterner is better than a Southeasterner

Another reason restructuring is important is the fact we are combination of people with different cultures and understanding of life. The truth is an average guy in the North east sees life differently from a guy in the Southeast.

So he goes to Imo with his entourage ( he needs cars, fuel and maintenance ) perhaps lodge himself and entourage in a 5 star hotel. At the end of the day it amounts to billions of naira in a year

Today you have one Minister of works in Abuja that is in charge of all the major roads in Nigeria. Do you want to kill him.

Another thing is that if my local government chairman has more power and more funds. He won't need to spend billions on moving round Nigeria.

I see them, they know l see them. They are easier to assess and that will count for something

The leaders are too far away. He is hidden. He is always in the dark and you know what happens in the dark. Give the leaders that are close to me power/funds/responsibility

We need restructuring of Nigeria.

At the end of the the aim of butchering the goat is confusion.

And when the other 9 butcher ( governors ) asked for their knives ( power ) the lead butcher ( president ) says no. I have to have all the knives so you ( governor ) won't kill me

It is like wanting to kill 200 goats. And you have 10 butchers. The lead butcher retains all the 10 knives.

The structure is wrong. It is just too big. No single person can manage the issues of 200 million people.

What we are currently doing now is not working

And come up with ways that can manage us.

We need to accept the kind of people we are.

We need intellectually motivated ideas

We need new approach

That is the only way to handle this matter

And if you don't do the right thing. You will run mad.

Don't swear with the Bible or Quran again. Ofcourse the law will remain but let the chief priest do his thing before you take an aoth that you will do the right thing.

Let us bring back the chief priests.

You see all these issues in this country and you can just imagine how people just massage the ego of the president when they are with him. It is a cultural thing
