You need a bank draft of N15,000 IFO BC and your original Test Result Form. The EOR form is available at the BC's office. More information: https://www.britishcouncil.org.ng/exam/ielts/results

I picked up my result and returned it after filling the EOR form on the same day.
Result days: Monday, Tuesday and Friday (from 8.30am).

Mine was for writing (it was upgraded from 6.5 to 7).

BC Abuja. If necessary, emails can be sent to examsnigeria@ng.britishcouncil.org (I sent 2 mails; One after the 2nd week - I got a response that it was still being processed and the other mail was a few days to the end of the 4th week).

EOR with BC takes between 2 - 4 weeks. I submitted mine on 19th June and got an email to pick up my result on 16th July. I got an upgrade. The man who collected his parcel before me also got an upgrade.
