Beverly Afaglo, a late Ghanaian actress and entrepreneur, died after battling illness for two years, according to her manager, Abu Iddris, Rep9ja reports.

In an interview on Sunday, May 24, Iddris disclosed that the actress passed away on Saturday night at the International Maritime Hospital in Tema.



According to him, the cancer began as breast cancer and expanded due to its hereditary origin.

Beverly’s husband, musician Eugene Baah, also known as Choirmaster or Praye Ho Ne Ho of the Praye music group, announced her death on social media on Sunday, May 24, 2026. She was 42 years old.

Iddris revealed that despite her poor health, Beverly stayed dedicated to her career and family while getting therapy.
