Pharmacy business is not that easy to run sir especially when you're not well experienced in it. Buying drugs in wholesale also comes with it's own wahala - fake drugs, expired drugs and stuff like that. Besides, pharmacy biz is no longer that lucrative, cus the line is already saturated. There's virtually one pharmacy per every pole now. We have like seven or eight of them in my street alone. And let me reveal a secret to you bro, you see those pharmacies making real money? Forget oo! they are codedly into hard drugs, especially Trams, Codeine, Rophynol, etc. That is the more reason why you will come to an area, and see one pharmacy doing very well, while others are lagging behind. That one doing well is most probably into hard drugs codedly. So l will advice you to go into food bizness, especially Rice, cus Nigerians must eat rice no matter what! You can also add transport biz to it, cus Nigerians must travel come rain, come shine. Infact the honest truth is to never put all your eggs inside one basket when investing in a biz, especially one you don't have enough experience in, rather diversify your investment into two or three biz, so that even if one fails, you can still be making your money from the other one or two. Pharmacies located near big govt hospitals tend to sell well because those hospitals are not equipped with good quality drugs. Also, because demand is higher. I recommend sitting businesses at busy road junctions because that helps you gain visibility very quickly .

If you are leaving employees to manage business for you in Nigeria, they will ruin it. But it's possible to manage with minimal supervision if you do the following things:

1) install CCTV camera everywhere
2) Use stock management software to track your daily sales and issue receipt
3) you must still come to the shop at the close of business day to count stock remaining, compare with the number sold on the computer, and reconcile with the money paid to your account for that day. If you give one week space you fit lose millions if your employee is a very smart thief
