If you marry a zombie, the ones everywhere who suck blood and money like the few exes I met before meeting my wife, high BP will finish you if you try my style.

Penalty for non-payment should not be revocation. As of today, most Banks do not accept valid FCT land title document as collateral for loans. They have seen that anything can happen under Wike's leadership

With 100k, if you can make your money your slave and suffer for 5 years by saving 50% of your salary for 2 months and continue to invest 40k of your salary for the rest of 4 years and invest for five years and 10 months using a money market fund that pays an average of 17% per year, you can do it. See the calculation done in the compound interest calculator. When you have saved your account up to 2-3M, you can move half of your money to federal government savings bonds to invest by investing 1m 3 months consecutively, you will be paid on the 4th month and you will be paid monthly for 3 years if you invest on 3 years bond and your capital will be returned on expiration and you can start again.

Consecutive monthly investment = N 40,000/month for five years

You will now be earning 17% of ₦3,975,820.60 yearly, which is ₦675,889.4, and will be divided into 4 for you paid every 3 months, which is ₦675,889.4 divided by 4 = ₦168,972.35 every 3 months while your capital is there. You have bumped your annual salary from ₦1.2M to ₦1,875,889. Go into Stambic into any IBTC bank and tell them you want to invest in a money market fund. Start investing and thank God later.
