He actually used the money for bulletproof car to buy cars for judges in the state. Obi saved over 100 billion bfr leaving office, yet he never owe anybody. He paid for all the contracts he initiated. He even use to construct federal roads and ask federal government to pay back later. He bought busses for all secondary schools in the state. He bought computers for all the schools and gave them access to internet service. He constructed many roads. All the towns in a Anambra state was affected positively by Obi. He was patriotic, he patronised innoson. He bought 1000 innoson trucks for all the security organizations in the state(the police, army, town securities, church securities, vigilante, Sars etc) he bought innoson jeeps for all local rulars in the state). He actually made innoson popular. He employed over 10000 teachers. He employed people sweeping roads.. Many things, I can't list half...
