Your B1/B2 visa, was it used for its intended purpose ie visit? If yes, then send a change of intent to fulfil all righteousness. However if you were pregnant when you applied and you were asked if you were pregnant and you didn't disclose it, you might have some issues when renewing.

First of all get all your correspondence and yhe funds needed then take it from there!

Hi thanks for your response. I was pregnant when I renewed it but I wasn't asked if I was pregnant during the follow up interview. I already have proof of burden ready for POE sef. Visa is unused.

Hello my good people. I've been following this thread for days now and thanks to all the contributors for sharing your tips and transcripts. (Agents for use me buy land). Please how do you apply for an expedited B2 for birth. And can I apply for a B2 while DH applies for a B1/B2. I do have a B1/B2 meant for vacation. I would risk it but with a change of intent letter but I'm afraid of POE people after reading what happened to that lady here. EDD is mid October but I need to travel way ahead of the EDD because of the nature of my pregnancy. Thanks in advance.
