Family › Re: Wife Insists That Husband Must Use Condom Before They Have Sex by newpisces: 5:38pm On Feb 19, 2016 |
We don't need to argue much. It is evident that it is not an issue of avoiding pregnancy at all. I think the woman has recently learnt of some escapades the man is doing recently, and she is avoiding STDs!!!. In this generation, most women know that the different family planning procedures usually effective. For her to accept it to be done on her body, which is the difficult aspect, I believe she doesn't trust the husband and she is avoiding STDs by all means. |
Family › Re: Wife Insists That Husband Must Use Condom Before They Have Sex by newpisces: 5:28pm On Feb 19, 2016 |
Tufanja: I doubt if you understood my points...if you would have understood you would never give this comment.
So it gives the husband enough justification to follow his selfish desires and sentence the woman to a chance of another pregnancy? She is only asking him to use a condom, not even to deprive of it at all, not even demanding of him a sterilisation. What a big deal! Man can use condom when they go and sleep around but not when it is for a good purpose? #totallybiased
Do you know that with every pregnancy a woman put her body and life at risk? I would welcome you to spend some serious period in the labour room, you would never open your mouth like this anymore. Period. This lady might have much more serious arguments why the risk to have another child would not be a good idea. Why the heck are you guys even thinking about dropping a stone in her direction without knowing all the inside outs in the first place?
Besides...some fundamental reasoning problems here:
- Intercourse is no a right but a privilege. Nobody else has any say about your body but you and cant claim any right on it. Never. If the man doesnt want to use a condom, okay perfect, the woman has as much right to refuse intercourse without condom. To be honest, this should not even become an issue. One should seriously wonder what the lovebasis of your relationship is when you cant even find loving solutions on such minor issues. - A woman who is in fear can never give her body and mind fully and in a loving way to a man. How do you think it feels when you sleeping with your man out of duty and only thinking while he is doing his thing "I hope I don't get pregnant"? Do you have even the smallest clue about how the female brain works and how we can stress and think about so many other things on such a moment while you are only thinking about satisfying yourself? And then those men come her on NL with a big mouth complaining the intercourse with their wife is not good and that she is holding back and they even give themselves reasons to cheat? WTF# What is the fun of the intercourse when you cant be both fully engaged in it and make it an instrument to communicate your love instead of making an instrument showing the lack of love? - Where is the man taking responsibility? Where is he showing care for the fertility that is inherent part of his woman's life? He is not giving her the comfort that she needs to flourish and flow with him when he is not part of the solution. - Sex and love are again totally mixed up here With all due respect maam, are you married? |

kadon007: Well, it's a "waiting game" as far as UI PG School is concerned. Just wait patiently till you receive another mail from them. This last one will tell you that your admission letter has been signed and some detailed instructions will follow. These instructions will answer your questions (as to what to do after getting the signed letter). In my case, my signed letter came the next day after the first email. Next, print out your acceptance form and Admission Letter. Print out your acceptance invoice, then go defray the payment. Hope that was helpful? You were soo helpful. Thanks very much. |

Justdulla: why must every thrash be posted on nairaland, Is there anywhere the constitution which stated that swearing in must be carried out at a particular venue? Get facts before you come here to post nonsense u hate when Nigerians rely on hear say and not hear facts That is why common sense comes in. Even if the constitution is not clear about a particular issue, we still don't have the right to behave like animals or anarchists. Swearing in in the sitting room of the governor? You want to justify that because the constitution did not clearly stipulate a venue for the event? |

Surely, before one year, at least, 90% of Nigerians will agree Shame of people who used deceit and lies to grab power. A BIG shame!!! Brother, nobody is believing that. Onyocha: this is when APC was apparently begging for Shiite votes. he needed votes, so you see the respectful handshake and the bending down posture. where was El Rufai when soldiers were attacking this cleric's house, beating him and firing four bullets into him this past Sunday and killing hundreds of his followers extra-judicially? if it was during Jonathan's days, El Rufai would have politicized the incident, milk it, and be 24/7 online to post inciting partisan comments. shame!
El Rufai has abandoned his Facebook page since the killings of the Shiites happened in his state. the government spokespersons have not said anything. Hundreds? You points are all valid, but it helps to state figures as exactly as possible. |

ebosie11: Wonders they say shall never end. Under normal circumstances, men wear boxers shorts or full pants but the issue of wearing g-strings is totally weird and rare.An unidentified man was spotted wearing a g-string which was exposed as he was scratching his body publicly. People on social media have reacted negatively to this weird development. An official at a stadium was caught on camera wearing a g-string underwear meant for females. You females love to chant the word "gender equality". Welcome to a gender-equal world. |
Jokes Etc › Re: Who Owns The Goat? by newpisces: 10:05pm On Dec 12, 2015 |
Idrismusty97: LOL. This case is complex. But logically considering the price of a goat, the goat can't possibly eat all the money in the Buyer's hand unless it is N5000 note. And even if is 5k note the buyer will notice immediately before the goat chew it no matter how distracted(Nna this is money we are talking about). So this scenario is purely fictional and unrealistic, It doesn't deserves any opinion. Where is your sense of humour, it's obviously a story on a light mood. |

Try to make adequate enquiries if ur school have options for e-transcript that could be sent via e-channels. UI has an email address where ur school can send ur transcript, it should be faster, but that's only if ur school can utilise such a channel. |

Proper education starts from proper references and quality facts. WE UNIVERSITY GRADUATES SHOULD DEMAND TO SEE A PROOF THAT NUC MADE THIS LIST. Even though the 2 universities I attended had favourable ratings of 19 and 1, I am yet to obtain a proof that directly links this list to the NUC. It baffles me only a few people have questioned the authenticity of a list before pouring comments. Proof is the first thing on an educated mind. This could have been composed by anybody. |
Phones › Re: What Do You Think About People Who Use A 'tablet' As A Phone? by newpisces: 1:11pm On Dec 03, 2015 |
PhonePlanet: Good day guys. There is something now that is very common among us here in Nigeria now, which is the fact that people carry a 7-Inch device or bigger about as a mobile phone. One example of such devices which seem to be most popular amongst users is the Tecno Droipad, and while this seem inappropriate, it also seems to be what most Average Nigerians have settled for.
I don't understand what reasons are responsible for this act and would love to if someone could explain to me, but yet I'm 100% convinced already that there is not explanation for such.
Its Just so so akward for people to call a 7-inch device "My Phone" or "phone" self, using it to make calls by placing the full 7-inch on their face, and collecting people number with it, or even using whatsapp with it especially in public places like a bus! cos 7-inch device is obviously a tablet!! And tablets where built to serve a different purpose from Phones.
I just felt like letting this out of my mind. Please if you are among them, save money and buy a phone! Even if na touch lite. And keep your tab at home. Or use it in private for other stuffs, not as a regular phone. Its not proper. There are so many things that you consider normal, which a lot of people see as awkward. It's just the basis of life. As for me, nothing wrong in using a 7 inch tab as a primary phone, though it is not too ok to place it on the face while receiving calls. |

rakumiii: My brother ... or sister... anybody who tells you otherwise is not your friend.... How can you even compare getting Masters degree to going to hustle as a modern day slave in a country that you cannot even speak their language? You have a 1st degree in metallurgical and materials engineering and you want to go wash toilet in Europe? Why not wash toilet in Nigeria since you just want to make money and put your degree in the trash? Please do not make the mistake of a lifetime.... I know hundreds of folks in the US and Europe who are regretting that decision they made when they were young to run away from Nigeria and the same guys they left behind are now Bank managers, Engineering Managers or running very successful business all over the Nigeria.... They visit the US and spend dollars as if it is Naira......If you believe in yourself like you said, you shouldn't even giving it a 2nd thought. Go get your Masters and make sure this time you give it everything you got and become the best student in the class..... Door will open for you....
Please forget modern day slave work in Italy and focus on making yourself a better candidate for employment with your initial plan of getting a Masters.... God bless you. |
