With countless people all over the country reporting improved power in their areas its a shame that some areas are lacking in the midst of plenty.

For over 3 months now the Transformer in our area has been taken away by officials of IKEDC and has neither been repaired nor replaced with another one.

To make matters worse their is an IKEDC office using thesame transformer but shortly after the old transformer brokedown they swicthed to the next street with a functional transformer leaving the residents to walo in total blackout.

Any ideas on how to get this resolved will be appreciated.

--We have tried the option of wanting to buy for ourselves but IKEDC never ever seems supportive of the idea
--We complained officially but nothing has ever come out of such compaints
--To make matters worse they keep rotating their business managers as if its 'pure water' and the new station manager always says thesame thing of wanting to study the situation on ground before acting claiming that no hand over is ever given to them.
