Due to the present situation in the country ranging from insecurity, recession etc. An emrgency meeting was held in the early hours of 11th February 2017 at the National Headquarter of BAN in Abuja, it was agreed that.

*FG Shall take full responsibility of the expenditures being incurred by the BAN on GAN on the 14 of February 2015.

*The centers that were initially agreed with the GAN as a place were we will celebrate the Valentine together have been seal of by DSS, they shall provide a substantial alternative.

So therefore we appeal to these that are concern that they should please bear with BAN on the change of plans, because it took us unaware and we are not prepared for any expenses this Valentine's day, thanks
