I got an offer for a plot of land in arulogun, ibadan and precisely around ogusanya girls science academy. For someone like me who does not live in ibadan before now and planning to reside in ibadan. Can someone tell wat life is like there and d possible cost of a plot of land there, just to double check the price the agent is giving me.
