Guys I got secondment from an institution to an A grade Agency. will they pay me according to their structure or that of my parent organization secondly will I get upfront? and third how easy is it for them to absorb me permanently?

The two major condition for surgery are low sperm count or pains. You can have varicocele and not need surgery. I did surgery cause of discomfort down there. Secondly I impregnated my wife b4 surgery but I guess my morphology was poor hence she lost the pregnancy early. Surgery only improved the quality of sperm and stoped d discomfort hence my baby has survived thus far.

Please where did you do your surgery and how much did it cost ? Secondly was the surgery invasive or non invasive ?

I did surgery for varicocele and was placed on addyzoa but I added maca tabs and ate cashew nuts regularly. The surgery was done august ending. My wife is about 5 months pregnant now. I know someone whose wife got pregnant barely 2 weeks after surgery. Most men seek gynacologist advice instead of urologist hence drugs like addyzoa don't give dem results. Only a urologist can diagnose varicocele. My advice, know the cause of infertility B4 treating low sperm count.

How much did you pay for the surgery and what hospital please?

Between NITDA and NCC which one is better? Professional development and career trajectory.
