We are seeking an experienced and customer focused individual to support the commercial operations at our head office in Lagos, Nigeria. You will be joining a highly paced, passionate and diverse team whose main objective is to grow our existing business presence in West Africa. In this role you will be challenged with managing the daily administration of the office in Lagos, acting as the contact point between the Sales team, Customers, Marketing and the Technical teams.

Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination of Human Resource Management activities of the company.

Key Responsibilities
• To coordinate the Human Resource Management activities of the Company across the various locations
• To design and implement HR strategies including manpower planning, staff development and retention, staff rotation, etc
• To ensure standardised and documented HR processes
• To coordinate companywide recruitment process including staff /guarantor verification, induction/on-boarding activities, etc
• To ensure there is a ready bank of eligible candidates to address high staff turnover
• To design, implement and coordinate companywide training plan including induction materials for eatery staff (especially fraud related videos)
• To oversee the performance management process including reward management (incentives, bonus, etc)
• To manage staff payroll processes including attendance management system
• To coordinate staff welfare activities – loan, leave, staff benefits, disciplinary, grievance handling, etc
• To coordinate staff data/records management

Job Requirements
Skills and Requirements
• Good knowledge /understanding of the key components and processes of Human Capital Management
• Effective interpersonal and communications skills
• Strong people management skills
• High sense of responsibility, accountability and dependability
• Good appreciation and working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools

Qualifications
• HND/BSc from any discipline
• CIPM/CIPD/HRBP/HRMP or any related professional qualification bodies will be an added advantage
• 1-3 years experience in a related capacity. Relevant experience from a multinational/blue chip FMCG/professional services organisation will also be an added advantage.

Principal Accountabilities
