(whether you paid back or not, know ye that you are already guilty of committing fornication/adultery just for that single act of collecting the gifts with negative intention).
Also, all virgins out there should keep in mind that the only thing that can lead one to hell is not just fornication/ adultery.
So my dear, as you are trying to keep your virginity for your God, try also to withdraw yourself from all types of sinful activities.
Many of them may be worst than fornication. Deviate from keeping malice or grudges over others. If you are the lieing or stealing type, stop it already. Quit gossip and slander. Don't accuse people. Pray hard and worship your God in truth and spirit. Let everyone around you know you are a true christian. Not merely by your words, but by your actions, devote yourself to helping and visiting the infirms and sick, don't insult people, keep sundays and other days of obligations holy by attending mass and not selling on such days.
Be humble and be charitable.
Learn to respect people. And many others which I can't just emulate.
The summary of them all is, Imitate our lady's virtue. If you know those good virtues which our lady has, try to imbibe them in your day to day activities.
