I am glad that discussion is seriously going on concerning this topic but my challenge now is that just as he fails to pick up my calls he is also not responding now.
My clients are not pleased with me.
What is the way forward?

Thank you very much for asking.The job was for him to expand the web space of client's for me( name withheld ) and to also update it.He charged me N25,000 for the space and N10,000 for the update which i bargained to N5,000,making the total cost N30,000.
I paid him N25,000 with a promise to bal on completion of the job.He agreed only to after 4days to say he can no longer do it at that price.
I asked him to pay back the money since he said he cannot do it at that price surprisingly he refused to refund the money and refused to pick up my calls.
In answering your question further we did not have any agreement.I did not think it was necessary since we have a relationship but he has gone to far hence this action.

Why is it the when you ask a developer to do a job for you they always try to capitalize on ones ignorance.I gave a developer a job to do for me twice now and twice has changed the price after we would have agreed on a particular price. He will suddenly call to say that he can no longer do the job for that price and also messes up the job, i keep wondering if he actually know what he is doing.I have given him a job to do now for over three weeks he is yet to do it and has even messed up the job by changing the site to the obsolate one .He his giving other developers a bad name his company is webemerald and his name is yinka adekoya. Please kindly call him to other some of us try to make a living and we cannot afford others to destroy it. The worst is that he does not even pick my calls.He needs to be talked to.
