redcliff: its their wings. It flaps so fast that it makes that resonating sound.you're right. their wings flap at almost 200times a second and that produces a sound which the human ear hears as a buzz. its almost the same sound you hear when you put your ear close to a very fast fan; like a typhoon fan. dnt cut your ear when you try 2 experiment wit fans o |
those nothern elders are all a big joke. where were they when the boko haram began their offensive against an unarmed population i wonder why they're cavorting for dialogue when they know you cant dialogue with a masked man. i think its only a little while before this boko haram becomes old story, though i dont entirely support an offensive of this nature |
y'all r encouraging GEJ to go on a full offensive on the boko haram. no1 here has said anything 'bout carrying out a covert operation against them. i think it'll be better and a lot more conducive to infiltrate their ranks with undercover security operatives who would find a way to break up the boko haram into smaller groups. the boko haram first started as a group of religious fanatics before becoming extremists, so if there would be a way to convince some them to back to their old ways, the group will be effectively splintered. everybody knows that a divided kingdom can never stand. thats my say on this issue. Mbuisi: Is so amazing that all that hardware you have is failing to finish BH in five minutes. I wonder how will it now manage to stop over 75000 force with modern day artillery and technology.you cant expect the military of any nation to unleash its full power on an internal threat. the military isn't even expected to be involved in the boko haram issue. they're mainly intended for external threats |
i think if nigeria has the capacity to produce such a gunboat, it also has the capacity to produce nimitz-class warships and aircraft carriers. all the nigerian navy need is encouragement from the government and nigerians, especially nairalanders |
