I believe when it comes to customer I give it to Diamond Bank, there staff told me that the meet every Wednesday for training on customer experience and satisfaction.

GT bank especially the one at market branch Kaduna should call their customer care staff to order one fat dark lady there is extermly rude.

They should sack the fat lady o, because I need that job & I'm ready to treat customers well. infact I don't mind if they pay me half of her salary.
