Thank you very much Mr Freeman... Well, I used the e -account number and I also have a receipt of the transaction. But there has not been any notification from them that my payment has been received by them. I only sent the receipt to the lady through mail and she confirmed to have received my mail and told me same will be processed. I was only thinking it's a 24hours thing.... |

Can one someone please advise me on what to do now. I needed to open a stanbic ibtc mmf account. I sent the documents online by mail to one of the sales executives. Thereafter, she sent me an E account number. Then, I asked for my account online login details, she told me it is only when I make deposit quoting my E account number that I will be given a login details. Then I sent a 100k since yesterday to the pool account. Then I informed her about my payment. She assured me that it will be processed. But since yesterday I made the payment, I have not heard from her again. I have sent her mails but no response like before. How many days does it take for one to get login details. Please your advice is needed. Thanks... |
