You see that 2 years rent part, that's just one of the many lies he told in his sob story. Rent is paid monthly in Canada and average rent for a very modest apartment in Canada is $1000cad. The way their rent structure is, you can pay your rent for a few months upfront but a whole 2 years? I don't think any agency will accept that from anybody.

You can pay for 2years in canada and international student, foreigner do that a lot, this will take pressure of housing off their mind and they will be able to concentrate on other things because to even get your feet on their ground, it might even take up to a year or more unless your lucky or your plan work out quickly, The law in Canada only states that landlord can not forcefully or mandate a multiple month payment but can accept of the person want to pay for a long term rent which it will be adjust to lease.

If he can be lying about 2 years rent, I wonder what else hesying about

Hi. How much would you pay for a Dell Latitude E6430 without storage?

It seems to have a blown power IC issue that won't let it charge. Technician seemed unwilling or maybe unable to fix it. 🤨

This is 3rd generation which I'm not buying at this time now
