The recent barrage of stampede that the country witnessed in the past few weeks in OYO, ABIA and Abuja is indeed a gloomy and depressing event. Where over 50 persons had died including children.


This event is indeed one that sends cold shivers through the spine of those who witnessed or heard about it .

Everyone blamed hunger and poverty. But Let's do a thorough introspection. is hunger and poverty really the bane ?

Well, only a deluded mind will downplay the current hardship that Nigerians are witnessing at the moment. It's record breaking under the administration of this clueless Asiwaju Bola Ahmed .

But, the question that begs for urgent answer is--- has Nigeria ever been good ? Has the people of Nigeria ever experienced a time that is devoid of hardship ? The unequivocal answer is No . It's just that in terms of relativity, one suffering is better than the other suffering .

Let's excuse and pardon hunger as the culprit here.

The truth is Nigerians adore the culture of begging. Greed is the other canker warm that has eaten deep into the core being of every Nigerian.

Let's put ibadan case into context. Was hunger or poverty the reason why parent travelled from neighbouring community to throw thier kids over the fence ? At 4am for an event slated for 10 am
Was poverty the reason why some parent brought all thier kids and even hired some kids that wasn't thiers so they can get 5,000 each ?

Nigerians just enjoy to beg ,the concomitant greed is also another demon that made it worse.

Secondly Nigerians are very disorganized set of people. We fight for everything ! We are the least orderly set of creatures gracing the earth .

Take the airpeace airline event as an example. People almost tore each other's clothes to board an aircraft.is that also poverty ?

If yóu work in a public place you will see how that indeed , Nigerians are utterly uncivilized. Very chaotic set of people , who hate to take responsibility but very quick to blame the government for starving them hence --reason why they threw thier kids over the fence.

In conclusion, poverty and hunger is not the reason for the stampede.

The character of Nigerians is the reason.
They enjoy to beg, they are not organized, they are extremely uncivilized and classically greedy .

You need not to be clairvoyant, or posses some earth shattering super powers to strongly affirm that Nigerian pastors and accurate prophesy are mutually exclusive events. All they do is to apply logic to events and draw the most likely conclusion.
What they do differently from a regular smart boy is to enamel such prognostications with the gourd of " the holy spirit told me or i saw in the spirit or God told me "

Its that time of the year again. Nigerians are about to bombarded with myriads of prophesies for 2025 spanning from : Economy, football, global elections, tsunamis, earthquakes, i am sure we may even hear one of them foreseeing Trump marrying another wife . They are FUNNY people, there's no limit to their end of the year shenanigans .


what these pastors and self acclaimed prophets fail to understand is that, the ability to accurately see the future is not what depicts them as real men of God. hence, maybe they will stop dissipating energy and stop running on a hamster wheel , or better still maybe even a better way to save thier faces from shame, when obviously, lot of thier rational and logical prediction will surely fail to come to fruition.


if i start to count, the plethora of failed predictions by these men of God, i will get to 100 and am not even done yet. let me regale you with some of them.

But we have a bigger problem here, this repertoire of yearly showers of logical prophesies wont come to an end anytime soon. Nigerian long for it too. They crave it like a baby craves for breast milk. Reason be that -----Nigerians have lost hope in the physical, hence, they only look up to the supernatural for succor. Do i mean God don't speak to men ? yes he does , he speaks to me, he speaks to you too. my grouse is, these pastors portray themselves as some kind of demi gods who only has the secrets key to Gods heart, and who only has what it takes to even see him face to face. And the rest of lacks the benchmark requirement to attain such feat. one even told us he drank tea with the holy spirit. And you expect a regular and an average Nigerian not to cower at the feet of such a person or marvel at such supernatural lunch. holy grail.


The kind of holiness it takes to attain the feats of the prophets in the bible is no child's play. The kind of holiness of Elijah, Isaiah, Mosses, Paul, Peter is not a candy pack task . Todays prophets who are busy counting likes on Instagram, Facebook , posing for the gram and struggling to get the best selfies angles during sermons cannot achieve such raw and unadulterated holiness to actually get the real revelation from God.


Let them just keep shut and stop fooling themselves.

It's no news that our leaders are chronically bereft and barren of ideas. Majorly, on how to actually make the people feel the impact of governance. One thing is never lacking in thier repertoire of 8 non fruitless cyclic years.---- roads and bridges.

This same malaise of idea deficit has metastacized accross the whole country and is currently holding the country by the balls, ensuring that roads and bridges are what their governors give back to them every 8 years for voting for them. That's even for excellent and performaning governors. Other state are not even aware if thier governors are alive or not.


Depsite the humongous FAAC allocation, the citezens of rivers are unceremonously being caught in the cross fire between the lackluster the incumbent gov. Fubara and wike.

It's now a competition of who built the highest numbers of roads and bridges. Fubara has been featuring daily on Arise tv for the past two weeks. Commissioning roads and gathering live bands to sing his song fo praise. Also with kinsmen standing before him to swear that he's the best man afyer Jesus Christ. Some may even compare him to our lord and personal savior. Psycophancy is what events like this thrives on... All in the name of road construction.


It's depressing that in 2024, a whole sitting governor will be dancing round the community to commission just a road and a plethora of bridges. The peoole won't eat roads and bridges I reteriate.

We all aware you lack ideas, but what has your administration done about human capital development, human development index, quality of life indices, job creation, internal security. Do you even know that cultism still thrives in rivers like a tree planted by the river side.?

Discipline is the valve that keeps a person who has these 3 in check. Without discipline, a person with these 3 will surely behave in an erratic manner.

The acrimony between the citizens and its security forces is at its zenith. it is simply a cat and dog relationship.


The disease is corruption, backwardness, injustice and greed. all other things we seeing now are merely a malodorous stench from a putrefying society, without a nippy holistic intervention, the ship is inevitably heading to the gallows. Although,Even a day old baby knows we live in an unruly and disorder society, but the unfolding event in okwama has revealed another dimension of the lawlessness that holds country by the jugular.

There are some very germane issues that are the cynosure of the ongoing conundrum

1. The Nigerian police force is failing very fast, becoming ineffectual by the day, the police cant even discharge its primary mandate anymore, mot even sure it has the capacity to quell a street riot without been ran over and seeking for intervention by the army like puppy beaten by rain. ill equipped, lack of intelligence , low moral , paucity of abled men who can deliver professionally, the police has lost all its flavour, nobody takes them serious anymore.

2. why has every Nigerian gotten used to extra judicial killings in the name of retaliation from th military.

3. why is okwama sealed off , even a sitting governor or even the cp of the state cannot gain access ? with every sense of incredulity , i cannot decipher any meaning to this

4 innocent civilians are at the receiving end currently in okwama and its neighbouring communities . no due diligence, no intelligence, nothing . just mechanical approach to resolve every conflict .

5.Till date no journalist can give any iota of report as regarding whats going on in the community. infact no any senior military officer has come out to address the public,
all of this can only happen in an uncivilised and lawless society like ours.

in the wake of all of this conundrum and sleepless nights for the governor, one thing stands out, its the unusual deafening quietness from his political godfather asiwaju, whose body language screams of indifference. he hasn't uttered a single sneeze concerning the ongoing tussle of the power seat of lagos that has grabbed babajide by the jugular. He has left him to his fate, to fight the lions with his bare hands.

questions begging for answers are , has asiwaju used and dump sanwo olu who was clandestinely financially instrumental to his victory.? is tinubu no more concerned about what happens in Lagos anymore, now that he has achieved his lifelong ambition . is it because he is now president elect? he doesn't want to heat up the polity ? again, that may not be true, buhari even as a seating president came out bodly to show solidarity to his party.

1. The people on social media are they aliens? or they are not legally allowed to vote? or are they are not humans like me and you ?

Lets allay all the hoopla, cloudy mist and thick fog awning the 2023 presidential elections to rest. behold, before you glue me to the obedients, lets call a spade a spade and not a farming tool. There's indeed a sudden and unprecedented wave of cravings for a fresh leadership and a radical overhaul of our leadership status quo.
The surge towards the end of the pvc registration is a strong signal and litmus indication that the people want something new and different. These non verbal cues of the crowd that haunted all pvc registration centers nationwide is worthy of in-depth and thorough analysis.

4. There is a very high tendency that the massive crowd that predated the inec centers will surely come out to vote. nobody will go through such hell only to stay back at home sleeping on that day. i was there 3am such stress wont go in vain

you need no pundit to sing it to you that The youths are undisputedly the deciders of the forth coming presidential election . ruling them out and calling them online noise makers and obituaries is a nail at your own palm and a joke at your own peril.
