After work yesterday , as I walked towards my car to to start heading home .
Alas ! It was exasperating and annoying to find my broken side mirror on my bonnet , After it was completely knocked off its hook .
As I was still finding the best way to express my anger , behold I found a letter on my windscreen from the offender .

Woow ! My anger vanished immediately, Do we still have people like this in this country? especially here in Lagos ? Such civil and responsible act is so rare and it worth emulation .

I had no option than to decline any form of offer from him, as he has shown extreme courtesy .

In fact, the paradox of its pricelessness is one that is enough to make you get a brain freeze. If you ever get to ponder over how cheap life is in my country.
Life in Nigeria is being obliterated and extirpated For fun on a daily basis,in almost all part of the country.

Massive and wanthon killings off course no longer make headlines anymore. The leaders and followers have adjusted to this carnage and malady. Brethren how else can you describe the low cost of human life and it’s concomitant discounts and affordability .
The current siege and onslaught in Nigeria especially in the north, is the mirror and pragmatic reflection for how much human life has been denigrated to be cheaper than tomatoes and onions .

Another salient anecdote of a contradictory script in Nigeria is a case study of borno . Borno state located in the north east region of Nigeria is referred to as “home of peace “ as it’s state slogan. Peace ?? I am bemused . The so called home of peace is currently the ground zero and the breeding ground of terrorism in Africa and the world at large currently.

We are at the mercy of terrorists “This were the words, verbatim of the minister of information hon.lai Mohammed. Haaa ! When the government itself has capitulate to the barking of the wild monster called insecurity.

Let’s take a paranomic view on the recent attack on zabamari village in Borno.Almost 50 farmers were killed in cold blood. The methodology deployed by the terrorists is one that craves for a National wake up call , and an emissary to us all that we live in perilous times as a Nigerian.

About 50 adults were lined up and decapitated (beheaded ) on Saturday in borno . I am not a security expert,but common sense tells me that this operation will last over an hour. In a war zone area ? With no intervention from the armed forces ? Then My premise ,that the nation is sitting on a gun powder,and it is oblivious to us all is outrightly undisputable
Just like a tinder box , Insecurity has gradually morphed into a midnight monster,and it has taken a very deep and hard root across the nation. Kidnapping , banditry , hoodlums , assassinations, Terrorism , Boko haram ,extrajudicial killings, gun men are the adequate adjectives that best chronicles the state of the nation in the retrospect of security .

The potent barometer to measure good governance is how safe its country is. Safety and adequate Security is a forbidden choice of word that you can describe Nigeria with.

Where do we go from here , who will extricate and emancipate the nation from this shackles and tooth of impending loom of laminar blood flow and harvest of tears of innocent people everyday as the sun set and rise .

A government that fails to take responsibility ? Who looks for every possible ways to abdicate responsibility and Circumvent a way round a situation that calls for them to take the bull by the horn.A government that has lost its stratagem on what to do,and how to oust the killers and terror makers is not a government you should look up to .

PDP takes joy to blame APC, APC is also waiting to point a finger at PDP at every slight opportunity at the expense of human lives.Instead of viscerally rejigging and holistically overhauling the architecture of Securiy Systems in the country . The crystal clear ineptitude of the government and its lackluster will to totally uproot impunity is worrisome.

At this point , we can only look up to God for help and safety . The people we voted for,has marginally failed to protect lives and properties . They have left the citenzry to fend for themselves . How shamefully the populace now joke about about saving up money for ransoms Incase they get kidnapped .
How else can explain to a dummy what a failed nation looks like.

Well as usual the president is still yet to address it’s people on the recent massacre. Well I am not surprised . That’s his epithet.

Little did it blinkered the mind or within the Ken of the innocent slain young Nigerians that a bounty has been placed on their head and that their own sun too was about to be forcefully set at noon And that their precious lives was just about to be extirpated and were soon about to be transcended to the home beyond and yonda. It was insidiously oblivious to the innocent protesters, angels of death had been deployed to join the protest , and to get them off the road either dead or alive .
They would swear in denial, that the Fowler’s snare we all ’s pray against in psalm 91 was their own government .

With all scintilla of temerity . Yes I say the government . Cos nothing happens in isolation of executive . Oh you are not even aware that the government now have another quasi security ouTfit , ? It is called national thugs services (NTS) these includes the hoodlums , thug touts , agberos and the military, they deploy them proportionately as the situation warrants .

On that fateful Tuesday, a day that started out like every normal day but ended with unparalleled pitch of tears , cry ,And agony Across the nation . shortly after the curfew was promulgated. I got home to see the progress of the protest online since I cudnt make it down there physically cos of work , occasioned by the earlier curfew of 4pm .
Behold ! Tears, anguish , blood, lamentations , has enveloped the perimeter of social media sphere .

Aside from the ravaging sound Of non stop bullet , that went on at spree unabated , The cry And shout for help That was echoing to extinction and filtering out from my phone speakers sent ripples of shock to my spine . The glimpse from DJ switch live broadcast was an horrifying event . No any other word could do justice to that harrow-full Experience.


Lekki toll gate was coursing with with blood of innocent youths � in a laminar pattern like river Jordan. The. Nigerian Flag turned from a scarlet to a sponge soaked and super saturated with blood of innocent Nigerian youths.
Bodies of innocent youths pervaded and littered on the interlocked floor of the gate like carcass And llike the aftermath of debris after a tornado and like a northern harmattan. While bullets still continued to rain like heavy rainfall in summer .
As I continued to watch in extreme disbelief , with my mouth wide open . little did I even know that my eyes were laced with tears already. I shudnt blinked my eyes .

The massacre was one that took a unique dimension and Exhibited all paraphernalia of a pre -meditated genocide .
The cascades of event before the onslaught deepened the wound in my heart .
1: cameras were taken off
2: light went off, they never saw death looming in the corner .
3: angels of death “military “ marched onward to send them to eternity for committing a crime of just wanting a better Nigeria .
4:?the people responsible for the massacre sat quietly in thier abode . With hands crossed Waiting for the first cry for help And whose child gets the first bullet .

How else can you spell massacre, genocide evil and behemoth of doom .?

Imagining the brunt the victims went through , is enough to cause you a sleepless night ,Just like it did to me.Hearing sporadic gunshots in the dark with your Audience as the target,Not knowing who gets the Next bullet or where the next bullet would hit . Continually pinching yourself to affirm if you Are still alive . This game of probability is not The type anyone should go through . God !!! It’s like a rat in a box finding a way out .

If you doubt fatalities after this incidence then you have a serious mental issue .
Stampede , shock , are other possible ways people would have died . With glaring evidence of injured victims ,? Knowing so well that some would have been hit in the head , chest , stomach. At least for the live video I watched, not aware a live video on Instagram could be Photoshopped �‍♂️.

Lies is the epithet of this government , it is founded on lies ,growing in lies and will die in lies .
The obvious prevarication And denial bequeathed after this event is worrisome ,with all entity exuding denial as the connoisseur of this terror.


I really hope the martyrs didn’t die for nothing.justice is the Only elixir that can ease the pain .
